Transformative Education.
I'm Georbina DaRosa (she/her), a licensed therapist, trauma-informed somatic practitioner, and real-ass human. I speak truth with compassion and create spaces where people can breathe, learn, unlearn, and grow—especially folks from communities that are often unseen or underserved.
Whether you’re a university, nonprofit, conference, or community organization—I bring grounded, real-world knowledge to the mic. With humor, vulnerability, and radical care, I make space for conversations that matter.

Featured On: Creative Arts Psychotherapy
I had the honor of being interviewed by Creative Arts Psychotherapy for their series highlighting Black therapists. In our conversation, I spoke about what it means to be a Black clinician holding space for Black clients—how our shared experiences shape the work, and how I navigate the balance between cultural attunement and clinical integrity.
“A Black therapist brings a lived understanding of cultural identity, systemic racism, and microaggressions—things that don’t need to be over-explained in session. This shared experience allows for validation in ways that a non-Black therapist may struggle to provide.”
“Only 4–5% of therapists are Black. I wish you could see my face as I type that.”
This conversation is for anyone who’s ever wondered if therapy could feel like home.
